Ottoman Grill and Bar

Tried the mixed grill platter loaded, well-seasoned. Juicy kebabs, charred veggies, creamy dips. The rice and bulgur were fresh. Fries were crisp. Hummus was smooth. Bread was soft and warm with a nice crunch. Turkish tea hit the spot. Hookah was set up clean and tidy. Special thanks to Mohammad, excellent waiter. Friendly, switched on, and kept things running without fuss. Solid experience. Will return.

Celebrated my birthday here with my friends yesterday. The food was delicious, there were 10 of us and the staff were very attentive. Muhammed the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable with the menu. He went above and beyond for us all, the celebration platter was wonderful & a lovely surprise. The vibrant atmosphere and beautiful decor really makes this place stand out. The lamb lokum was the best so succulent and there baklava was 10/10! Would definitely recommend this restaurant to others and come back again. Exceptional dining experience thank you! Annie :)

Came in on a Saturday late afternoon, was plenty of seating. Staff were super friendly, assertive and provided great service. Food was absolutely amazing, the Ottoman mixed grill was perfect. Will certainly come back again soon!

absolutely fantastic experience, amazing staff, especially the man that was working (early evening on april 2nd) went above and beyond for us. the food was delicious ! the chicken and the lamb were both delicious

Turkish restaurant next to the lowry hotel /by the canal bridge. Interior was decorated with flowers and fake trees, which was quite nice. Staff were polite. 1. pirzola ( lamb chops): portion size was massive! the lamb was nice, and the portion size was very generous in terms of both the meat and the fries. 2. Ali nazik kebab (lamb): Amazing! An auburgine and cream based sauce at the bottom, chunks of skewer cooked lamb on top. Creamy base and then the lamb gives it a slight tang, which goes really well and not overly satiating. I opted for the rice as the side, and it complements the dish perfectly. Very generous portion size. 3. islim kebab: Chunks of lamb and mushrooms (etc) wrapped inside chargrilled slices of auburgine. This dish was more tomatoe based. All mains came with a salad but the restaurant onlt gave us 1 plate so I assume the portion was for 3 people - which was smaller than expected but this wasn't a problem for us as not all of us ate the salad. Restaurant also gave us a complimentary cold platter (mix of different sauces) and bread. Bread was warm - some parts were softer than other parts, but it went well with the platter. Out of all the different mixes of sauces on the platter, my favourite was the patlican solsu (auburgine), which was tomatoe based, so it wasn't extremely satiating, and the ispanak tarator (spinach). During the main course, the staff also brought out a cup and poured some liquid in it that produced a lot of vapour - I wasn't exactly sure what this was for. Im assuming for taking photos. When we went, the table next to us was celebrating their birthday, and the restaurant play In da club by 50 cent as the birthday song and brought them a dessert to celebrate. 10% service charge added to bill.

My husband and I had an amazing time on our date night. The food was a perfect 10/10, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was absolutely incredible. The restaurant owner made everyone feel so welcome and went above and beyond to provide the best experience. I can’t wait to visit again!

Had a fantastic experience at Ottoman Bar & Grill! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The grilled meats were especially tender and perfectly seasoned. Definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone looking for authentic and high-quality Turkish cuisine. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
